Yoga is also commonly used as an additional therapy to improve quality of life. Other benefits of regular yoga practice can significantly improve the quality of life, such as, for example, a better mood, improving the quality of sleep, getting spiritual well-being, social functioning, and reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression in patients with cancer.
